Summer Lunch Program
Trimble has the wonderful opportunity to be one of the sights for the school district's “Summer Feeding Program.” All food is cooked at the central kitchen and the meal is served by their own staff. They even do the clean up.

The program runs M-F from June 11 – August 3 and feeds ages 2-18. Our free lunch Friday will serve on May 25, June 1, and 8 leading up to the hot lunch program.

How blessed are we to be able to serve our community in such a way. God is so good!
Food Bank Needs Help
Saturday, May 12 is the National Letter Carrier's Food Drive and the food is donated to our local Food Bank. Last year the Letter Carriers brought in over 16,000 pounds of food. The Food Bank needs many volunteers to help sort through this huge donation in a timely manner. If you are willing and able to help with this on Saturday afternoon, May 12, at 3:00pm , please call Betty Dirks at 258-3700 by May 5.
Blankets for Memorial Day
The Mission Team is offering mission blankets as memorials for Memorial Day. These blankets will be taken to the Ingathering in the fall. Your donation of $7.00 will buy one blanket and will serve as a memorial of loved ones or you can honor veterans of those currently serving our country. A blanket will be placed on display with a star for each donation – yellow in honor of, white in memory of, and red or blue for currently serving.
Roses to Honor Mothers
The Trimble Worship Team is offering roses for Mother's Day. If you would like to remember or honor your mother, or someone who was like a mother to you, a rose is available for $2.50. Order form envelopes are in the Fireside Room. Roses you purchase may be picked up after worship. Orders are due on May 6.
Cookout/Silent Auction for Camp
Youth heading to camp will be holding a cookout at church on June 10 from 11:30 to 1:00pm . They will serve grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, beans, chips, and dessert for $5.00 for adults and $2.50 for kids. There will be a silent auction during the cookout.

Our thanks to everyone who supported the kids by buying Koated Kernals flavored popcorn. They made $800.00
